Peter joined the firm in 2012 after being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011 and as an Advocate of the High Court in Sabah and Sarawak in the same year.

Peter’s practice encompassed the major areas of the firm’s litigation work which included (but not limited to) native customary right claims, employment disputes, commercial litigation and debt recovery. He advised on the rules and procedures involved in debt recovery process, and was regularly instructed to act for and represent companies to appear in all levels of court for interlocutory hearings as well as at trial. Peter was also often involved in pre-action advisory work and maintained a busy paper practice.
