After qualifying as a lawyer in New Zealand, Francis Ting was subsequently admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in Sarawak in 1984, where he initially began his legal career at Loke, King and Company (the predecessor to the current firm). After gaining decades of experience in the legal industry, he returned to the firm in 2024. Throughout his distinguished career, Francis Ting has earned a reputation for providing clients with clear and practical solutions across real estate, commercial, and construction deals. Francis Ting has a wealth of experience in handling a wide spectrum of conveyancing transactions including preparing sale and purchase agreements, sublease agreements, and advising on landlord and tenant legal matters. He is also regularly engaged by clients to advise on trusts and wills, where he ensures the effective planning of assets, as well as guiding clients through probate and administration matters with sensitivity and expertise.
