Wong King Yii graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Birmingham and was called to the Bar of England and Wales through the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Upon returning to Sarawak in 2021, he completed his pupillage at a prominent litigation firm in Kuching, where he gained invaluable experience under the mentorship of a senior counsel. Wong King Yii was subsequently admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in Sarawak on 31 January 2023.

Prior to joining the firm, Wong King Yii gained valuable experience in civil litigation and conveyancing at another reputable law firm. His broad experience enables him to navigate a wide array of legal issues and deliver practical solutions to his clients. Since joining the firm, he has been actively involved in general civil litigation, with a particular focus on the following areas:
